Promote your blog. The reason for doing this is to gain more traffic and more traffic equals more people and people are the ones that will click on your ads and earn you wonga.

To do this you need to find a blog directory and submit your details. I’ll list some later to get you started, usually the following is required.

One helpful tip here is before you start adding your blog to a hundred directories’s set up an email account i.e. (hotmail) where you can hold all the reply emails. This will keep it separate from your personal email and have easy access to all your directory listings.

The two main directories are DMOZ an open directory project (which is human edited) and Yahoo they are both free to submit. Here some others, but you can find many just by typing ‘blog directory’ in to Google.
